About Me
My passion for the Culinary Arts flourished in my childhood. After showing off my skills flipping an egg successfully at the age of 7, I realizied that I loved cooking and it may be a career for me, I am self taught and gained hands-on experience under some of the best chefs in the country. I have worked at some of the finest country clubs and hotels in Palm Beach Florida before moving up to the Metro Washington DC area to be with the love of my life.
My deep passion for food and my zest for life brought me into the personal chef profession.
My knowledge of classic French techniques, combined with a love of Asian, Latin, and Italian traditions, provide me with a broad framework for satisfying even the most demanding palates.
As a personal chef, I prepare meal services for a variety of clients and is also available for dinner parties and special events.
I created My Chef, Personal Chef Service to help people deal with the everyday stress of putting dinner on the table.
